You offer the option to call customer service and then only allow a voicemail. Not sure why you offer an option that doesn't exist.

Also, why wouldn't you have a customer service phone line in the first place?

Ordered custom stickers and paid for rush delivery to ensure Id arrive on time.

A package arrived on time but it was somebody elses order.

We did contact them and they agreed to refund the order, but still left us in a big bind as we needed the stickers the next day.

I was shocked to see 11 fraudulent charges on my checking to mule stamp business. Contacted bank.

Then called business and recording said they don't talk on the phone to inquiries I would have to contact by email.

So after several emails and bank completing dispute papers, within in 2 hours or so they emailed me , they found the 11 withdraws and they would return dollars, in a few days. I was very satisfied with the timely resolution to my reporting complaint
